Coming off of Birth Control
This is my first month off of oral birth control, after 10 consecutive years of use, and I am wondering what other people experienced in the first month or two trying to regulate hormones?
I purposefully stopped six months before we TTC to get my body back to a natural baseline. AF would normally arrive yesterday but still nothing--obviously my body may not run on a 28 day cycle and everything I have read says it may take two months to get back to normal. Just looks for other experiences with which to compare.
