Kid Eggs a Senator

Few Australians like Senator Fraser Anning. He has a rich history of being anti-Islam. In response to the horrific act of terrorism in Christchurch yesterday, he made a statement in which he blamed Muslim immigration for the attack and went on a racist rant about Islam and how it is a “violent ideology” (look at the bottom for the full statement). In the past, Anning called for a “Final Solution” to the Muslim immigration “problem” in Australia (yes, like Hitler).

9 News Sydney released a video on Facebook of a teenage boy egging Anning during a press conference in Melbourne today. In the video, the teenager is seen filming, walking up behind Anning and cracking an egg on the back of his head. Anning retaliates by slapping him. The boy starts to retreat, when three men jump on him and place him in a citizen’s arrest. The men are heard yelling “call the cops” and some journalists are yelling at the men to “get off him” and “get off his throat”.
