Starting to workout again @ 10weeks?

I have pretty much been working out consistently for over a year about 5-6 days a week even through being sick, on vacation, etc. My workout routine was weight training 3x/week, Orangetheory 2x/week and Pilates 1x.

My father past in Jan and I started only going 1x/week. Then a few weeks later I found out I was pregnant and due to previous mc, I was scared to work out. Also I have been tired and working 10-12 hours a day.

I’m finally feeling normal again and more energized so I want to get back into working out again. I know you are not supposed to start new things when you are pregnant but I’m wondering would it be considered new to go back to how I was training? I mean I would start slowly, but I’m not sure if enough time has passed that it’s considered new?
