Spotted yesterday, now this

6 weeks 4 days!! Yesterday I spotted some bright red blood. Not enough to fill up a pad, but was on my toilet paper. I called my hospital and talked to the nurse on call who said as long as I’m not cramping or having a lot of blood, not to worry. So this morning I’ve peed twice, and when I wipe, it looks like this.

Sorry for the TMI but I need opinions on if I should just go ahead to the ER. Still no cramping and no bright red blood today.
