31 weeks and baby has suddenly stopped moving as much

All day yesterday I was in bad pain. Cramping. Back pain. Nausea. Just feeling so crappy. And usually my little boy is almost constantly moving, big kicks, huge rolls.

I went to bed and now today the pain is on and off and bud is still isnt moving as much. If I drink a bunch of juice and lay down and press down and feel for him, I can find him and he will wiggle a little bit but no big movements. Should I go to l&d?
