Early labour?

Girls for the past week I’ve been having constant period pains that don’t ease off, really bad back ache and feel a lot of pressure down there. Baby was 3/5ths engaged when I saw my midwife on Wednesday. Today the pains are still there but get progressively worse that I have to stop what I’m doing and breathe through it. Could it be a sign of early labour? Ftm so I don’t know 😂 I’m 31+3

Always call your doctor when in doubt!
I have 2 weeks left at work and have been training my replacement (working overtime) and have a 1 year old. 
I’ve had a lot of Braxton Hicks and back pain. My doctor did a vaginal exam at my appointment the other day to check my cerclage and cervix and said everything is still good down there but I’m essentially over-exerting myself and overdoing. Our bodies are just more sensitive to stress (physical and mental) right now.

I had to go for similar pains but I didn’t have to breathe through mine because they weren’t that intense.. when I got to the hospital they had to give me meds to stop contractions because I was in preterm labor. You may want to get checked out.
