Hire a babysitter?

I need to make dentist appointments asap which will include cleaning and taking out teeth and i was going to narrow it down to at least 3 or 4 visits but the only availability is during the week and my husband works from early in the morning till the evening. We have an almost 2 year old son and a 7 month old babygirl. They are easy for the most part but my daughter has separation anxiety and the last time I left them with my mother in law she cried the whole time and I was only gone for 2 hours. I had asked my mom if she could because she only works half a day and then my aunt could help because she dont work. I would pay whoever watches them and get them food too. I really need someone to watch them because they want to numb me for my cleaning and for removing the teeth I need gone..but my mom was okay at first but then I called to asked again because shes with my aunt she made up a lie and changed the subject🤦‍♀️so I'm thinking of hiring someone to watch them..like the grandparents wonder why my babygirl cry with them but when yall dont come around or be there for us that's on you she doesnt cry with who shes use to.. idk it was like this when my son was a baby too but now hes so easy to take care of but no one wants to watch my daughter😔
