I NEED to run!
Okay ladies, I FINALLY feel better. I am 17w2d and finally have appetite, finally am not constantly sleeping and finally have the desire to exercise. I’m use to running and doing yoga (which I’m starting back up on Sunday) but because I haven’t worked out or done anything physical activity for nearly 20 weeks, am I okay to start up running out of no where again? Personal experiences welcome and yes, I have already called my doctor and asked. 😁
