Confused

So I’m a little confused... my last period was February 7th-12th. My period are always 28 day cycles. My husband and I started trying for baby #2 the day after my period. AF was supposed to arrive on March 7th but didn’t. Took 6 PT and they all came back positive but the first one of 6. Today would be CD29 right? Well on Wednesday, I had light pink spotting. It stopped and everything was fine. This morning I woke up and had bright red blood but tested positive on another PT. *ive Already spoke to my OB and they said as long as I don’t fill a pad, I should be fine. Which I haven’t. I only have blood when I wipe and then when I pee it sorta drips in the toilet like a heavy period would.** so what I’m trying to get at is, what do you think is happening? Is this a chemical, miscarriage, or something else?
