WHY ARE FEELINGS?!?!!

I have a crush on this boy in my grade (8th grade) so I also have gym class with him. About a 2 weeks ago I threw a ball at his face because I was trying to get his attention. Then me and my friends were talking about him. My friend asked me if I still liked him. I literally said idk. She replies Get your feelings in check. I say They don't have feelings stabilizer. What do I do with this so-called feelings?
