Hips hurt

Anyone else's hips killing them from sleeping on your sides? I go back and forth between my two sides all night bc they both start hurting so I have to rotate. I've also woken on my back a few times and it scares me bc I know left is best. I hope it's ok to sleep on the right side too. And the back a little here and there :-/
