What is this in my vulva?(Picture attached)

So basically a few weeks ago I engaged in sex with a guy and I don't know if it was because I was not properly lubricated or he was too rough but it was quite uncomfortable. Putting a penis inside me always hurts at first but this time it was really bad like the time I lost my virginity. I was kinda sore afterwards but that happens with me after sex. A week after that encounter my vagina started itching and some white discharge started coming out, it was very uncomfortable, my vagina was red and there were some small "cuts" or rashes or something (I can't explain) on my vulva near the entrance of the vagina. I guessed it was a yeast infection. I didn't treat it because my period came after that so I got a lot of relief. After my period ended the discharge wasn't coming out and it wasnt itching anymore. But the "cuts" on the outside of my vagina entrance is still there and quite uncomfortable cause it kinda hurts and I can tell that it would really hurt during sex. Can anyone help me with this sorry for the long story. The picture may look normal but I feel something there when I touch it
