Which apartment would you choose?
I need to choose between Apartment A and B within the next two weeks. Apartment A costs $879-95, which includes a washer/dryer, pest control, and trash. B costs $949-52 plus a $110 package, which includes internet, tv, trash, and pest control. If I add another $60 to A for internet and Netflix, it would be about $50-100 cheaper a month. Apartment A has 907-1003 sq ft, while B has 764-839 sq ft. Both apartments have a decent sized kitchen with an island. A is gated with a security code, B is not. A is across the street from Publix, Food Lion, and SuperWalmart, while B is close to a big shopping mall. A is situated next to a lake, which would be good in the summer. Both are in quiet locations with a pool and fitness center. B is relatively close to the interstate and would cut 10 mins off my commute. A is technically 4 miles closer, but I would be taking a 2 lane back road to work. B is 10 mins from where I currently live, so it would be easier to move my stuff. A is about 30-40 mins. A is technically over the state line, so I would need to change my DL, tags, etc. Although this would be a pain, A is in a state that has cheaper taxes and cost of living. My dilemma is A is slightly cheaper with more space in a SC lakeside community only 10-15 mins from the big city, while B is close by in-state and has a possibly easier commute, but is slightly smaller and more expensive. I’m having a hard time deciding!
