Been up since 4am for no reason... (Rant!)
I'm 34+5 and I am going to lose my mind if this sleep pattern keeps up for 5 more weeks! I am a zombie but can't stay asleep for more than about 2 hours at a time. I've tried Natural Calm, sleep supplements, and Unisom but nothing helps me STAY asleep. And if one more person tells me "Oh it's just practice for when you're up all night with your baby," I am going to lose it! Honestly at least when I'm up with my baby, it will give me something to do!
