Tokophobia

Hello I'm 40 yrs old and all my life I've had a major fear of being pregnant not sure why but think it's the fear of death like what if I have a stroke in labor or a heart attack or what if the amniotic fluid leaks and I die instantly I know I have no control over it but that's what keeps me from having a child. I'm a nervous person I gat panic attacks and have high blood pressure which I take meds for but I can't even go get blood work or anything medical done with out having some sort of anxiety. Is there anyone like me that over came their fear or can anyone give me any advise? I dnt ever want to regret not having at least one baby
