2nd (3rd,4th..) time moms, feeling same or different this time?

My first pregnancy was identical twin boys and (at least just 4 weeks on) so far this one feels so different!

First time around I had no symptoms until 7 weeks, had no idea I was pregnant.

This time I’ve known for about a week prior to taking a test that I was definitely pregnant. Light cramping for one, but mainly already feeling a bit of minor SPD- like symptoms. Lots of feeling pinching and stabbing in my pubic bone 😵

I was so sick most of my last pregnancy, hoping since it’s beginning differently, it’ll be totally different the whole way through!
