When you take a tolerance break, how long do you wait to smoke again?

The longer you wait, the lower your tolerance will be, the better the high when you start smoking again. So it’s up to you really. I take breaks that last about a week or two.

If I go more than a few weeks without smoking, when I do smoke again I get anxiety really bad. So for me a few days to a week is good for me. But everyone is different.

I haven’t smoked since June 2018, only because of being pregnant. Just had my baby 2 weeks ago, and honestly I’m nervous to smoke because my tolerance will literally be zero

It takes me a few days but I have been thinking about doing it for a full week. It's been 7 months so I think it's time to refresh 😁👍 it goes along with my detox!
