How do you track your fertility while breastfeeding?

I know everyone is different but my sister and cousin breast feed their kids and they didn’t get periods. They told me that there’s no way to track when you are ovulating?

Can someone explain or tell me if they can track or their experience?

I’m due in May, I plan on breastfeeding and pumping when I go back to work. I do not want to take birth control. I was tracking my ovulation in the app to avoid pregnancy and then used it to also get pregnant. I want to wait two years is my goal.
