Fever at 5 weeks

After 2.5 years of trying we finally got pregnant! I'm 5 weeks 1 day and have had a fever today. I took some tylenol as soon as it started going up but it continued to rise to over 100. I'm normally in the 97s. Anyone have fever early on and everything be ok?
