5wks 4days BLOAT!
Struggling with the panic of weight gain, I’m so bloated and just feeling blurghh. I feel like I’ve put on and got flabby too quickly (or it’s in my head). It’s a beautiful thing that’s happening to all of us but I can’t shift the worry of feeling bigger and getting bigger. I eat healthily and am carful but I only have to look at food to gain weight 😂😩
Any tips or advise ladies? First pregnancy am I just being hormonal? Sorry for the silly post 🤷🏼♀️
