Pressure laying on your back ?

So I'm having twin boys and they each weigh around 1.1-1.4 pounds now. I am 22 weeks. Does anyone feel pressure or hard for you to lay on your back ? Sex feels like a chore now when I'm on my back. My belly is definitely in the way and just a super uncomfortable feeling.

Yes I definitely feel tons of pressure while laying on my back. Yesterday I had my 2nd ultrasound and I felt so dizzy from laying on my back I had to turn on my side. It was really scary I thought I was gonna pass out. I'm having a boy and a girl 22wks 3 days due Jan 12th girl is 1.2oz and boy 1.6oz. I can't wait to see them!

It is actually not recommend that you lay on your back during this stage of pregnancy. When you lay on your back it reduces blood flow to you and in return your babies. Especially with twins.

Yea! I'm 22 weeks on Tuesday with twins and doc said not to say on my back because it's getting hard for me to breath and makes the babies get less oxygen as well
