the red button
i came across this question some time ago and it sparked a discussion everytime i brought it up with somebody so i thought it would be a good subject for this group:
there would be a red button and if you push it, you reseve 1'000'000...but one random person somewhere in the world would die because of it. nobody would know if you pushed or not (no publicity etc)
would you push?
extra question: would you push for 500'000 and the guarante that the random person is not a familymember of yours?
