First BPN after ttc

I've only been TTC since February so not very long.. I have 4 other healthy kids. But I didn't think seeing that BFN would hurt so much. Period is due today/tomorrow and I'm spotting and crampy. so I know AF is on her way. I'm so sad. Like, I don't even know if I can put myself through another heart break. I know I should be grateful for the kids I already have.. and I definitely am. Just ugh .. I'm sad today.
