Any mamas on here feed their baby breastmilk and formula?

How often do you feed the baby formula? What formula do you use? Did you talk to pediatrician first?

I combo feed my baby 😊 I pump instead of breastfeeding, however. My supply has dwindled fairly rapidly so it started with I was pumping enough to give him solely breast milk for maybe a week or two, then it was probably half and half for about two weeks, and now he unfortunately only gets one bottle of my milk a day, but I guess it’s better than nothing! He’s a month old.

I did with my second son. I breastfed and pumped but supplemented with formula as I had a low supply. I think we gave him formula once a day before bed, and if dad didn’t have enough breast milk while I was at work he would give him formula then to.
