Could I have PCOS with a regular period? I have a two year old son, no issues conceiving him, regular period, no hair loss BUT I’m overweight, have random breakouts around my chin/jawline and have some facial hair. Would PCOS have been detected during my pregnancy with blood tests or ultrasounds?
