Need reassuring:/

4 years ago had my little girl via emergency c-section was such a bad experience for me. Went through all the pains pf labour and was 7cm then got told she was breach. I lost lots of blood due to the emergency section. Im pregnant with my second and im so worried as i more then likely will need another c section but a planned one. Ive got such bad thoughts and feel im going to die :( i know ill be in good hands but has anyone had a planned section after a emergency one and got any advice for me?
