Alright I just want general knowledge of things I should cut from my diet until I can see the ob in 2 weeks, since I'm only 5 weeks along

Pretty much anything, wash fruits and vegetables, meat should be heated, avoid raw fish or fish high in mercury, and cut out soft cheeses. Your OB can give you more info in two weeks, it’s not as strict as everyone makes it out to be.

They told me to make sure all meat is well done and sandwich meat heated up, and also the cheese thing but it’s just brie/feta stuff like that.
