I've posted before but I want gender guesses!!!

My baby at 12 weeks 4 days, I'll be 14 weeks this Sunday. I have three boys and I'm hoping for a girl! Any skull or nub theories?? I think in the bottom pic, the nub is straight. You can see something on the top of it but I think that's a part off the other leg or thigh.
