When did you let your little one taste new things?

I don't intend on giving them actually food just maybe lick stuff off my finger or something. When did you guys start doing this?

Ebf until doc gave me the go ahead at 4 months. Didn't let them do any sort of taste test before then.

I fed my little one baby food at four months and as soon as teeth popped through soft table food.

I had to start giving my daughter baby cereal at 3 months because I was working and she absolutely refused to take a bottle. Besides that I didn't introduce real food until around 6 months and then I just puréed whatever I was feeding her. I'd only start with one thing at a time just to make sure she didn't have any type of reaction to it and then once I made sure she was fine I would mix things together.

I delayed solids with my first  until 9 months then I did baby led weaning.

I would wait till at least 6 months  depending on what your trying to give them.
