Clomid, ultrasound, trigger shot and IUI

I have done 3 rounds of Clomid, 1 IUI in the past. This is my first month doing Clomid, ultrasound, trigger shot and IUI. I had my ultrasound this morning, I had one follicle at 18mm / 1.8cm and I just did my trigger shot, and I go for IUI Sunday morning at 8am! Who else is doing the same this month? Seeing the follicle on the ultrasound got me excited, I know my body is responding to the 100 MG of clomid!
