Too early for symptoms?

Ladies this is probably dumb but I don't remember any real symptoms beside a stuffy nose and sore throat weirdly and sore boobs for my son. This time around I'm 4 weeks 4 days and for a week now even before my positive test I've had a flushed face, sore boobs of course, backache that comes and goes and i never have back issues and nausea on and off already. Isnt this too early for all this?! When did you start symptoms? Was it sooner on subsequent pregnancies? I'm afraid the next 8 weeks will be brutal puking wise lol
