TMI GRAPHIC PICTURE!!

so I was having extremely bad cramps while I was lying in bed. I go to the bathroom and take my tampon out because I just felt uncomfortable. After a few minutes of sitting on the toilet, this comes out of me and I think it is a clot at first. But it didn’t look like a normal clot to me so I wanted to get a better look. I know that this picture is gross, but does anyone have any idea what this is?? Also, it had holes in it that I could poke my fingers in.
