Dizzy spells???

As I progress through my pregnancy I’m starting to experience dizzy spells; I had turned my head alittle while sitting and I felt like I was a bobble head. Is there a reason for this? Is it bad? I’m currently 22 weeks/5 days

Ur pumping more blood throughout ur body so that will cause some changes; dizzy spells, swollen feet/hands, swollen vagina, n the list goes on. Drink plenty of water, try to not make quick movements, n take breaks as often as u can

make sure your drinking and eating enough and if you get too dizzy sit down and try and put your head between your knees.
