Is it normal for a baby EBF to not poop for 2 1/2 days and still hasn’t? I thought they were supposed to poop more often.

Yep! Their little bodies use up everything in your breast milk so there’s nothing to poop!
If it goes on longer then a week, reach out to your pediatrician

Yup completely normal. My daughter went 8 days and I was worried. After talking to the pediatrician and searching google I found out they can go up to even 2 weeks. They absorb all the nutrients and as long as they are having wet diapers are fine :) we also got gas drops if we were still worried - those usually got her pooping.

Yes, it's normal. They can go up to 10 days without having a bowel movement.
