Charting AF
Hello ladies. I was wondering when you chart AF do you include the what I call "warning days" where the blood is brown or very light and there is not a need for a tampon yet or do you start with the full on bleeding day where you have to have a pad or tampon? I want to make sure I calculate correctly. Thanks!
