Idk I need help

Okay so I think I drank too much when I went for my ultrasound and that cus me to walk really slow from wanting to pee so bad I got there 2 mins after I was scheduled she the lady came and got me then I told her I had to pee so I when and pee there was still so much water in me it was crazy she seem really annoyed by me never the less she did the scan then she said she wanted to do a vaginal scan so I said okay is something wrong then she goes no I just need to see better and then told me to empty my bladder so I did I came back and she did what she was doing then I was there confused cus she wasn’t really saying anything so I said is everything okay she said yes it’s just really early and said Nutthing else but that my doctor will get results so I’m like okay I got dress and left then the next day I got a call from the doctor I went in and they told me that they wasn’t able to fine a heartbeat so i said okay can I get do another ultrasound to make sure he said yea I went home and was like do all these reach 3 day I did another ultrasound but the FR came back 67 is that too high? I’m just so confused 😐
