Ergo 360 issues
Are there different kinds? I bought mine used and it's really stiff and my dude has never really felt like he fits properly. He is 1 yr now and his chin still rubs the top outwards facing. I borrowed my friends while he was 6 and 9mo and it was fine and he was happy. I confirmed they're both 360s, any suggestions?
