Currently going through miscarriage

Yesterday at around 11pm I felt a really bad pain that was worse then anything id ever felt before.

An hour later I went to the bathroom and when I wiped was light blood.

Went and laid down ,30 minutes later went pee and more blood and tiny clots.

I started cramping also.

Went to the hospital, no sac was found and based on my levels I was having miscarriage. I was there for 3 hours and my bleeding was becoming heavier .

When I got home I started passing larger clots.

I cried alot after the news,cried in the shower... now I'm numb on emotions and just feel lost.

I am in so much pain too :(

My boyfriend feels this is his fault because we had sex few hours before this happened and I felt pain so we stopped.

I feel its my body due to endometriosis, fibroids and my age.

The doctor was very nice and told us its nobodys fault .
