LUPUS?

I’m looking for some insight. I am waiting for an ANA blood test to come back from my doctor right now because she thinks I may have Lupus. So thought I would ask if any of you have experienced what I’m experiencing.

My symptoms are off and on but I always have depression and anxiety. I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 years ago after a cyst ruptured.

More recently my body has been freaking out. My knees hurt SO bad and so does my lower back. I feel like I’m really old and trying to get around but I’m only 30.

I have swollen glands behind my ears along with a rash along the sides of my neck and behind ear. The rash is also on the backs of my arms...and I’m noticing hyperpigmentation on my cheeks. 5 days ago I woke up with a weird rash/welts on the sides of my fingers..almost like a bullseye 🎯

I’m exhausted all the time and take naps every day just to make it through the day.

Headaches that seem like a migraine and I get very nauseous when the headaches are present.

Horrible heartburn and sides of my stomach hurt constantly..very tender to the touch.

Does this sound like Lupus? I don’t know much about this disease and hoping my doctor can figure out what is going on.
