ETC fail

My husband and I are ttc. I got my bc taken out in July (I had explanon in my arm) I have had it previously and taken it out and had no problems conceiving. My periods are regular and its just not working. Just need some more luck I guess. I had to say it somewhere cuz we don't want family and friends to know we are ttc
