Am I misscarrying again?

So I’ve had 2 misses in the past 18 months, I’m now 7 weeks 2 days.. just been the toilet and had brown discharge is this normal I feel sick with worry.

Sometimes it can be normal if you start passing big clots then I would worry but try not to stress to much so it doesn't get to that point just lay down and rest if you can if you are really worried I would call the doctor but I had a period with my first pregnancy

Docs say as long as your not bleeding red blood or bad cramps it can be normal but I always phone my docs when I spot. I did with my 2 mcs last year. This one I haven't spotted at all
