Sister in law told me something...true?

Ok so my sister in law surprised us tonight and came over for dinner uninvited. Good thing I made a lot. Anyways I told her tye baby has been head down since 18 weeks. She told me he will come earlier than our due date. Is that just an old wives tale or true????

Babies tend to flip through the first and second trimester and part of the third because they're not that big so they still have a lot of room to move around .

Babies turn around a LOT during pregnancy. During one of my ultrasounds, my baby went from laying sideways, to head down, and then back a totally new direction. 18 weeks is early! Docs don't start being concerned with fetal position until way closer until your due date. Believe me, you'll feel your baby doing turns and flips inside you soon enough.

My baby is heads down and I'm 39 weeks and 2 days not true bc I have yet to even dialate
