Gas pain?!!!!!!!!

Has anyone woke up with really bad gas pains?! Im 5 weeks along. Does anything help or reduce gas bubbles? I was crippled with pain for like 30 mins. 😢

You need to talk to your ob or midwife about this. I was allowed to continue taking my probiotic shake and also gas x as needed.  It helped me a lot. Increase fiber and also lots of lots of water.

Just as a head up if your in lots of pain and haven't had a bowel mover in a day, call your doctor, you can actually get really backed up and die. Also if your having bad pains with vomiting or high fever call your doctor and/or go to the er. Take it from someone who has had this problem, drink lots of watee, you can take gas x and try walking, it gets the stuff going through your body faster.
