Anyone has experience with their toddler not talking yet?

Question

My almost 24m old is not talking yet. Also, he has a hard time responding to his name, does not pretend play. However, understands many phrases and is able to show you what he wants. 
There are two languages spoken in our home. 
Scheduled a hearing test + speech delay therapist. 
Any information will be greatly appreciated.

My son also but hes super quiet and likes to keep to himself. He says a few words but that's only in extreme situations and they'll be really clear. So we've decided to let him be. Like when he's happy,sad,frustrated or seriously irritated

My son is still not talking much if at all (will be 2 next week). He has the basics down aka "no". He has been trying to copy us more and more though. He'll use words randomly, but he tends to whisper them if he's unsure. He hasn't spoken a full sentence yet though. I have been teaching him how to sign (my siblings are deaf) and he definitely knows more signs than words. My husband is blaming this as the reason he's delayed, so he tries to have him talk more instead of sign. I'm going to talk to his pediatrician at his 2yr well to see if speech therapy is needed. Our neighbors have a 3yr old in speech therapy and he's been doing great. Last summer he barely said 2 words in public and he's now spouting off sentences like crazy

My sons also not really talking either, he tries to say words (I think) but to other people it probably sounds like babbles 😅but no sentences or anything 
Waiting for his 2 year review to see what they tell me about it as won’t see me any sooner it seems!!

My daughter doesn't say anything aside from dadadada. She shows you what she wants and shows she understandz things... Not sure what think ..
