Should I be concerned?

We went to our 20 week ultrasound yesterday for the anomaly scan. They said baby looked 100% healthy & perfect. Although I can’t get the profile picture out of my head. My husband & I have big noses but something just looks off about this picture. His nose is so round & pointy like a Who from Whoville & what could be that little bump under or at the eyes? Give me your honest thoughts & opinions. Is it just a bad picture or should I have a 3D ultrasound done to get a better look at his face? Or maybe I’m just thinking to far into it🤦🏻‍♀️

To be honest I did that with my first baby I had a 4d ultrasound and her nose looked huge I was like WTH lol when she was born she had the perfect little button nose...we tend to over think and always think the worse.. if something was wrong they would have told you.. all tho the picture does look different than most profile pictures it could of just been the angle or who knows what the baby was doing while u we're getting your ultrasound done 😍

Don't ever be concerned if the professionals aren't concerned in the slightest and told you that was everything was fine. Everything you see on the scan is way bigger than it actually is. God my son's private parts looked HUGE and the size of his lips, wow I thought I was expecting a son to have huge lips like his daddy. But it was nothing like how it was on the scan. My son's lips are tiny and thin lol, he just pouted on the scan. And well his bits, they was no where near as big as they was on the scan lol. Don't worry and don't over think!

I thought my daughter had a cleft lip in every ultrasound 2D and 4D! Also every ultrasound she had a flat face... no nose or anything! Turned out to be just weird photos!

The 20 week scan just looked so different that it had me concerned. I will be doing a 3D ultrasound at 35 weeks just as a keepsake so maybe we will get a better look then.
