I just wanted some support as I don't get much, at this point I have just started my weight loss journey....I am about 194 lbs and only 5'5" but I am watching how many calories I eat with portioning my food and just last night started using my c25k app!! And I love it, my biggest fear is that I will give up after a week because I'm not seeing immediate results!! :-/ or I'll feel like it's not doing anything!! Anyone have any suggestions on how to keep me motivated?? Like I said right now I'm excited to go on my next run tonight!! :-) just worried lol
