Stressing about stressing
Hi guys! This week had been an incredibly stressful week for me. I won't give you a laundry list. But the biggest hurdle was defending my dissertation- I passed but I have some corrections to make and my advisor seemed pretty annoyed/disappointed with me because I was having a hard time following her thought process. I'm not specifically thinking about it, but it's back there rolling around my brain, affecting my sleep and mood. I'm trying not to stress for the baby's sake, but it's hard. And now I'm worried that the past 3 days of over-stressing has damaged my baby. I think I just need some words of encouragement. Thanks!
