Silent miscarriage 💔🥺

I feel like I've completely gone into a shell and I feel nothing.

I had my first ultrasound today 9+1 weeks with my first baby. I've been having nausea and cramping since I found out.

Scan discovered my baby is measuring at 5 weeks and there's no heartbeat. I have to return next week for another scan and to talk about my options.

I can't describe the grief and the pain I am in right now. Every time I have cramps I'm terrified that I have started bleeding, I just can't believe this is happening to me.

Has anyone had the same? What experience did you have with a D&C?
