Prenatals??

My prenatal vitamins make me sick :( I've been taking them for years but now that I'm pregnant they make me vomit. I've tried different brands and taking them at different times of the day but I still get the same results. Any tips on how to make this stop??

I just did a ton of research on prenatals and the gummies aren't that vitamin enriched. (Which sucks cause I've been taking them for 3 months) While doing research I found these ones and they don't make me sick at all. And they're all natural food based vitamins. (Plus they sell them on Amazon which means you don't have to go shopping). Hope it helps.

Also have you eaten with them..that works a lot too and I heard it's recommended otherwise you'll get sick to no other end :/

Take them right before you go to sleep

I couldn't take mine for weeks, I finally started taking them right before I went to sleep for the night. I usually get up a few times during the night to use the restroom so sometimes I even take the vitamin during one of the bathroom visits. Sleep through the nausea.

Maybe see if your doctor has a better idea? Maybe he/she could give you a prescription for a different vitamin that won't make you sick.

I take Similac prenatals and they work great for me as this is my first pregnancy and I haven't thrown up yet and I'm 6 weeks

I like the one a day women's prenatals they're pretty big but no taste

Gummies (I like the target brand) have SAVED me. I also take the gummy calcium/fiber along with the prenatals and the combo has been fantastic.

I had terrible morning sickness before I switched and my doctor approved! Worth trying out
