Are we moving too fast?

So I met this guy a week ago today and in that week, we went on a date, became a couple, met each other’s parents & even had sex. We’re both in our 20’s so it’s not like we’re high school children and we don’t think it’s too fast because it just feels right. We like each other a lot and it doesn’t feel like we’re rushing into things. However, some people have voiced their concerns that we’re rushing into things, that we’re gonna fizzle out soon, & that we’re gonna get hurt. I need some advice because it seems like even my own mother is against us being together. Please help :(

I personally think becoming a couple and meeting each other’s parents within one week is very very fast but I mean, that’s just me. If it works for you it works for you 🤷🏻‍♀️ just be careful

There’s no need to break up or anything. Just proceed with caution. It’s easy to hit it off with someone early on, keep getting to know each other and developing the relationship imo. You might be moving too fast or maybe you just make a great couple. Only time will tell

It is SUPER fast but that doesn't mean break it off - it DOES mean slow down, though. No more big moves! Don't move in, don't say 'I love you', etc! Just enjoy each other for now and see whe it goes.

There’s no need to break up, or anything, but just take your time with everything else....
There’s no rush, just make sure your spending time with your own friends and your own family, so the relationship doesn’t take over everything...

i feel this is a question only you or him can answer. 
   sometimes people can meet someone in their lives who feel completely different. the love connection feels so real. 
  don’t let somebody tell you how fast or slow you have to go. if it feels right, then do it ! if it doesn’t, then slow down. 
  it’s really whatever the two of you feel. 
  these people probably don’t know what their talking about (not saying i do either) bc they have never experienced what you are experiencing. 
   love is love. no matter how fast or slow you go.  everybody is different. 
  my grandparents met, got married, and moved in together in TWO WEEKS. and haven’t been with anybody else since they passed. 
  so this is something ONLY the two of you know. there are always going to be jealous envious people who try to tell you to stop being happy. don’t listen.

Nah. Sounds like a similar timeline with my husband. & we've been together 10 years now! Do what makes you happy. Who cares what others think.
